About Me
Pauline Swanson is a successful marketer in the affiliate space with a passion to find the hidden gems in online world and sharing them with others. This hunt did not come easy, but her upbringing gave her the drive to take it on full steam ahead.
Pauline’s mother, Claudia, is the original entrepreneurial spirit. Growing up in the Philippines, she had to find ways to make money to support her family. There was not a business she didn’t try and if it didn’t work out, she dove right into the next one. Growing up with this work ethic in the home, Pauline could not help but be influenced in such a positive way. Soon, she found herself as an integral part at a number of marketing and sales companies. Her husband also had a “regular” 9 to 5 job that paid well and kept them living comfortably. They were working the American Dream. All their hard work made a lot more money for their companies. As thanks, Pauline was laid off more than once and her husband found himself with fewer co-workers to share the workload as wave upon wave of layoffs hit every few months.
Her son, Jack, is a national level swimmer, competing in events across Mainland US and Hawaii. This requires a considerable time commitment on not only his part with the seemingly non-stop practices but even more so on the family by supporting him, feeding him, driving him, and flying him to the next “big meet”.
Trying to juggle the work and home-life balance became increasingly difficult. Paired with the uncertainty if they would be the next to be laid off, she began to rethink her approach to making money. She could no longer depend on a regular job to pay her bills. She needed to take matters into her own hands. This is when she started the hunt for the perfect online business that could be done from anywhere and would reward her with money that equaled the effort, she put into it. With more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience it was time to work for herself.
Pauline spent endless amounts of money on bogus products and programs that promised the world but didn’t deliver. These failures taught her how to find that diamond in the rough. Which products would stand up to their claims and as a result continue to pay residual income for all the satisfied customers that she drove to their sites. With her success she was able to create Aloha Girl Marketing to help give insight on what products met her standards and would be a perfect fit for businesses both new and old alike.
